Founded in 2016, this company is setting out to provide current home owners and future home buyers with sound information regarding their investment. Home buying is a very big decision for the customer and we don't take that lightly. We want to help them gain knowledge about the home so they can make an informed decision. QHI is located in the southwest suburbs, we will travel anywhere in the Chicagoland area. Inspection reports are guaranteed within 24 hours of completion of the home inspection.
All Inspectors are licensed, certified, and insured to do business as home inspectors. All inspectors pass the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) home inspection class. Once they are licensed by the state they perform 10-15 practice inspections before live inspections will be allowed.
Pre-listing Inspection
This inspections is performed to help sellers gain peace of mind prior to listing their home. There's nothing worse than getting a contract to sell your house only to find out the inspector found some issues that need to be addressed.
